Rose Cinnamon, also known as the heritage rose, is a hybrid tea rose variety cherished across rural areas for its timeless beauty. With a delicate elegance reminiscent of a poetic muse, this rose provides a soothing presence that calms the soul.

Historically, my family cultivated both single and double varieties of this rose, forming a long hedge right outside our gate. These roses bloom vibrantly throughout the year, earning admiration from everyone who passes by.

One remarkable feature of Rose Cinnamon is its ability to self-seed, leading to unique flowers that I decided to preserve. Today, I’m excited to introduce you to a new, mutated variety of Rose Cinnamon growing in my garden. Let’s explore what makes this new rose special.

This new Rose Cinnamon resembles a fairy tale creation with its blush pink petals. The bloom looks like a peach blossom, with lighter outer edges and dark pink veins. The central stamen shines in gold, and the petals are randomly streaked with white, giving each flower a distinctive appearance. Each bloom can change color from its initial blush to a deep cinnamon hue as it fades.

Rose Cinnamon typically blooms with either single or double petals, ranging from light pink to deep red. This new variety combines all these traits into each bloom, making it unique.

I’m still contemplating a name for this new variety. If you’re interested, I have seedlings available. Adding one to your garden could make it the centerpiece of beauty.

Rose Cinnamon flowers profusely, producing 15 to 20 buds per cluster with long flower stalks throughout the year. The most stunning blooms appear in the spring, around March on the lunar calendar. In summer, the flowers bloom as single petals, deepening in red as they fade.

This rose variety is celebrated for its light, distinctive fragrance with a warm cinnamon aroma. The new variant has a particularly pleasant scent.

If cultivated for over three years, the plant can reach over two meters in height, adding a new dimension to your garden. It’s fantastic for collection.

During its recent blooming season, the dark green, elongated leaves of the plant were particularly beautiful.

I have several types of Rose Cinnamon in my garden. For more details, you can check the following link:

Only a few of the old plants remain, making way for new varieties. If not collected, the Rose Cinnamon may slowly vanish, replaced by foreign roses. Act now to experience its timeless beauty.

This variety is nearly immune to pests and diseases. Leaf-eating insects are the primary threat, but rain often rejuvenates the plants, promoting new, healthy growth.

Planting Rose Cinnamon along a fence not only beautifies your home but also requires minimal care. For a novice gardener like me, it was the easiest start.

Ensure full sunlight and good drainage for the best results. Rich organic soil is ideal for potted plants, but any garden soil will suffice for direct planting. Regular watering and fertilizing during the growing season are crucial, along with pruning at the end of winter or beginning of spring to encourage healthy growth and flowering.

Rose Cinnamon is naturally found in many parts of Vietnam, and I feel fortunate that this mutated variety appeared in my garden. I plan to present it to various rose societies to learn more about its name.

In a burst of excitement, I considered successfully propagating this variety, which could lead to selling it and potentially achieving great success.

This afternoon, while cutting grass alone in the evening sun, I discovered some enormous mutant Rose Cinnamon bushes, even larger than those in my garden. You can find this variety in Tuyen Quang and Lao Cai.

If your garden hosts a similar rose, you may have the right one. Propagate it, and it could be a profitable venture.

Roses are a refined hobby, bringing joy and luck. They enhance outdoor spaces with vibrant colors and can even beautify terraces and balconies.

Rose Cinnamon is easy to propagate. Simply wait for the flowers to fade, cut the branches, stick them in moist soil, and soon you’ll have new plants.

I love photographing these roses; they bring a wonderful feeling when admired. I hope to propagate more and perhaps commercialize them in the future.

Once, a customer from Thanh Hoa visited me to see my heritage roses. Despite having numerous Western and Chinese roses, he still felt something was missing and was intrigued by unique varieties like the Tầm Xuân rose.

This rose isn’t as common as other cinnamon types, but if you come across it, take a photo and share it with me.

The roses I grow are simple, but the cinnamon roses evoke nostalgia. Memories are precious, and I plant Rose Cinnamon branches to keep my soul refreshed.

I have a few pots of Rose Cinnamon available for COD, priced between 50,000 to 70,000 VND each. I hope this article helps sell a few plants. If you’re interested, feel free to inbox me.

When you pour your passion into something, it transforms from work into a pursuit of joy. Finding a hobby brings happiness, doesn’t it?

That’s all for now!
